As far as I know, Chinese cave geckos are pretty tolerant of handling. However, they are not interested in being handled more than 2 times a week.

The Chinese Cave Gecko is a nocturnal animal originating from China, Japan, and Vietnam. It can be very active at night and needs to be exposed to UVB light for at least 10 to 12 hours daily. This helps the gecko metabolize vitamin D, absorb calcium, and stay healthy and stimulated.
